Primary Job Responsibilities
- Provide individual therapy to clients in a detox setting, focusing on stabilization, engagement, and readiness for ongoing treatment
- Facilitate psychoeducational and process groups as needed
- Conduct bio/psycho/social assessments and contribute to treatment planning
- Support discharge planning and coordination of care to appropriate levels of care (PHP, IOP, residential, etc.)
- Collaborate closely with nursing, medical, and clinical staff to ensure continuity of care
- Monitor client progress and respond to clinical needs in a timely and appropriate manner
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation in KIPU
- Participate in clinical team meetings and supervision
- Ensure all services are delivered in compliance with state, federal, and Joint Commission standards
- Abide by Seacrest Recovery Center’s code of ethics and model values
Qualifications
- Passion for working with individuals in recovery
- Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
- Client-centered, compassionate approach
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced detox environment
- Proven ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and electronic)
- Computer literacy required; experience with KIPU preferred
Licensure Requirements:
- Active and valid Ohio CDCA OR
- LSW, LPC, LISW, or LPCC
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
