Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)

Williams Dental Care – Williams, CA

Starting at $32.00 per hour DOE | Full-Time | Monday–Friday

Responsibilities

Assist the doctor during a wide variety of dental procedures.
Prepare and maintain treatment rooms while following OSHA, CDC, and infection control standards.
Take digital radiographs and intraoral images.
Educate patients before and after treatment.
Perform duties within the California RDA scope of practice.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and charting.
Monitor clinical inventory and assist with supply management.
Deliver an outstanding patient experience through professionalism and compassionate care.

Qualifications

Current California Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license.
Current X-Ray Certification and CPR/BLS certification.
Minimum of 2 years of dental assisting experience preferred.
Experience with Denticon is a plus.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and a team-first mentality.
Desire to continue learning and growing professionally.
