We are excited to add an Executive Chef to our dynamic and growing leadership team. As we expand our footprint, this role offers a unique opportunity to step into a leadership position with real influence and room to grow. The Executive Chef will oversee kitchen operations, uphold culinary standards, and mentor a talented team while collaborating closely with senior leadership. We’re looking for a chef who is passionate, organized, a people person, and eager to grow alongside a company on the rise. Full job description below.

Our bar features a meticulously curated list of in house brewed beer that rival our food in complexity. We spotlight street tacos and smash burgers that are packed full of electricity and flavor. Put simply: our food is prepared with finesse but no pretense.

The Role: Why This Is the Best Job in the World

As our Executive Chef, you are the creative and operational heartbeat of the house. This isn't a "follow the manual" gig—you are the engine.

· Creative Freedom: You’ll design ever-evolving seasonal menus and daily specials that push boundaries.

· The Collaboration: You’ll work side-by-side with our Beverage Director, to develop dishes that complement an ever-evolving beer program.

· Mentorship: You’ll lead a crew of hungry, talented cooks, teaching them the "why" behind the "how."

· The Philosophy: We live by one rule: "You’re only as good as your last dish." We don’t flex on quality, ever.

What You’ll Be Doing

· Menu Development: Own the food program from high-level concept to final plate execution.

· Kitchen Ops: Managing the show—ordering, inventory, and keeping a kitchen so organized it would make a Michelin inspector smile.

· Leadership: Setting the energy. You’re the coach, the mentor, and the hype-man for our culinary standards.

· Business Savvy: Keeping an eye on food and labor costs to ensure the brand stays as healthy as our ingredients.

What You Bring to the Table

· The Experience: 3+ years in a leadership role within a high-volume, scratch kitchen.

· The Skills: You’re a beast on the line. Butchery, and advanced techniques are in your DNA.

· The Knowledge: A deep passion for seasonal sourcing and an understanding of how food interacts with inspired beer.

· The Attitude: You’re a self-starter who stays cool under pressure. You’re a pro, but you know how to have a good time while doing it.
