Duties

Lead engaging, informative outdoor tours for diverse groups of visitors, ensuring an interactive and memorable experience.
Embody historical characters through authentic acting, storytelling, and presentation skills to bring history vividly to life.
Communicate historical facts clearly and confidently in multiple languages or bilingually when applicable to accommodate international guests.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, assisting with tour logistics, and ensuring visitor safety at all times.
Manage time effectively to adhere to tour schedules while maintaining high energy levels throughout each session.
Demonstrate leadership by guiding groups safely through outdoor environments and managing crowd interactions professionally.
Utilize teaching techniques to educate visitors of all ages about local history, culture, and significance with enthusiasm and clarity.

Experience

Previous experience in outdoor work environments or acting roles that involve public speaking or presentation skills.
Strong leadership qualities with the ability to manage groups confidently and professionally.
