FlexTrades is seeking a CNC Programmer to create and optimize CNC programs using Mastercam. This role includes programming new parts, improving existing programs, creating setup documentation, and supporting tooling and fixture development. You'll work closely with Engineers and Machinists to ensure efficient, high-quality production.

Responsibilities
- Create and edit CNC programs using Mastercam.
- Program new parts and optimize existing programs.
- Verify programs using Vericut.
- Create setup sheets and tool lists.
- Read blueprints, CAD models, and GD&T requirements.
- Work with Engineering on tooling and fixture design.
- Troubleshoot machining and programming issues.
- Support process improvements and production efficiency.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of CNC programming experience.
- Experience with Mastercam.
- Experience programming 4-axis and/or 5-axis CNC machines.
- Knowledge of Fanuc controls and G-code programming.
- Ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T.
- Experience machining aluminum, magnesium, titanium, or similar materials.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Vericut experience is a plus.
- Fixture design experience is a plus.
Pay and Benefits:
- Pay: $48/hour
- Guaranteed Overtime Each Week paid at time and a half
- Access to a full suite of benefits

- Per diem ($45/day)
