Full Job Description

Position Title: Order Entry Specialist

Location: Hybrid – 4 Days In Greenville OƯice

The Order Entry Specialist is responsible for accurately entering and maintaining customer orders within SAP and other

business systems. This role plays a critical part in ensuring order accuracy, timely processing, and a positive customer

experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working eƯectively in a fast-paced

environment.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately enter customer orders into SAP and related systems.
Review order information for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company requirements.
Verify product, pricing, shipping, and customer information before order release.
Identify and correct data entry errors to minimize order issues and delays.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to orders.
Collaborate with Customer Service, Sales, Operations, and other departments to resolve order discrepancies.
Monitor order status and provide updates as needed.
Follow established procedures and quality standards to ensure data integrity.
Support continuous improvement initiatives related to order processing.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency with Microsoft OƯice applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Effectiveective written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred:

Experience using SAP or a similar ERP system.
Minimum of two (2) years of data entry experience.
Previous experience in customer service, order management, or administrative support.

Work Environment:

Hybrid position requiring four (4) days per week in the Greenville oƯice.
Fast-paced environment with a focus on accuracy and productivity.
Regular interaction with internal departments and business partners.

Compensation

The position has a compensation package inclusive of base, bonus (if eligible), benefits, 401k contribution, time off, recognition awards and more. This hourly range is $16.00-$23.00/hour.
