Full Job Description

Established manufacturing and converting company is looking for an Office Manager to add to our team. The successful candidate will be working out of the Western NY Office in Lackawanna.

We are looking for an energetic, conscientious and detail-oriented person who enjoys being part of a team, takes pride in their work, and wants to make a difference. As the Office Manger, the individual would report directly to the General Sales and Operations Manager. The role would involve working in the front office as well as assisting the production flow.

Job Description/ Responsibilities:

Look for process improvements, quality improvements to the SOP Process
Learning front end (Customer service, Accounting and ERP system) and Back end (Materials and Planning) is a must of the business in order to lead and support staff.
Will require the individual to develop a sound understanding of the company and its various product lines.
Order Entry, Purchase orders, and entering Manufacturing Orders will be require.
Work with production staff daily to encourage development and improvement
Both B2B and Internet orders daily!

Skills / Qualifications

College Diploma 2 years.
Minimum of 10 to 15 years work experience with exposure to manufacturing and or office management.
Organized, Analytical and Problem Solver
Strong attention to detail
Strong computer skills-Microsoft office, ERP (Odoo Experience will be highly looked at) and Accounting software
Ability to manage multiple tasks and achieve deadlines under pressure daily
Versatile and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to learn and take initiative

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $26.00 per hour
