Duties

Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties by providing expert guidance and support throughout the transaction process
Conduct comprehensive real estate market analysis to identify trends, property values, and competitive listings
Negotiate offers and counteroffers effectively to secure favorable terms for clients while maintaining fairness and transparency
Manage all aspects of real estate transactions, including documentation, legal compliance, and coordination with other professionals such as inspectors and lenders
Utilize sales technology and customer relationship management (CRM) systems to track leads, follow up with clients, and streamline workflows
Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies using digital platforms, social media, and traditional channels to attract potential buyers and sellers
Build strong client rapport through clear communication, active listening, and personalized service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business
Proactively prospect and build new client relationships through consistent outbound outreach, networking, and lead generation efforts.

Experience

Strong negotiation skills with the ability to navigate complex offers confidently
Knowledge of fair housing regulations, real estate law, and industry trends to ensure compliant practices
Excellent organizational skills with experience in managing multiple clients and transactions simultaneously
Prior experience with property management or residential real estate transactions is advantageous
