Full Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Licensed Insurance Producer to join our team and drive growth through proactive client engagement and creative insurance solutions. In this role, you will build a diverse client profolio through selling commercial insurance products, including property and casualty insurance. Your energetic approach to outside sales, combined with your exceptional communication skills, will help build lasting customer relationships and expand our market presence. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about helping clients protect their futures while thriving in a fast-paced, supportive environment. Please note, this is a Commission based position. Commission details will be provided upon interview acceptance.

Duties

Engage in outside sales activities to identify and develop new client opportunities across various markets.
Conduct client consultations to assess insurance needs and recommend tailored coverage options.
Negotiate policy terms and pricing with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
Manage sales administration tasks, including processing applications, maintaining accurate records, and updating CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.
Build strong customer relationships through ongoing communication, exceptional service, and benefits education.
Stay informed about industry regulations, product updates, and market trends to provide knowledgeable guidance.
Collaborate with team members on marketing initiatives such as telemarketing campaigns and community outreach efforts.
Attend and support Production meetings with agency team members.
Attend and represent ARMG at outside networking events.

Qualifications

Valid state license as an Insurance Producer with the appropriate lines of authority (property & casualty) or willing to get licensed within 30 days of hire.
Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing within the insurance industry or related fields.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex policy details.
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable for serving diverse client bases.
Knowledge of commercial insurance products and benefits administration is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM system tools for sales tracking and client management.
Excellent analysis skills to evaluate client needs and recommend suitable coverage options.
Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on client communication and relationship building.
Familiarity with insurance regulation compliance and licensing requirements.
