Full Job Description

The Assistant General Manager is responsible for the daily operations and inspired leadership of the management team and team players in the restaurant. at Walk-On's we win EVERYDAY, EVERYWHERE, EVERYWAY, WITH EVERYONE. The AGM is responsible for delivering sales and profits at their location with a strong commitment to systems that support our unique positioning as a brand and the Walk-On's way of doing everything.

Job Duties:

Recognizes accomplishments and creates a performance based workplace where WINNING is standard.
Attracts customers by developing and implementing marketing, advertisinig, public and community relations programs, while also evaluating program results and identifying and tracking changing demands.
Creates a sense of belonging for the team players to want to work and play hard for the team.
Maintains operations by preparing policies and standard operating procedures.
Develops talent within the management and hourly team.
Establishes restaurant business plan by surveying restaurant demand.
Prepares financial, marketing, and sales projections, analyses, and estimates.
Meets with restaurant financial objectives by preparing strategic and annual forecasts and budgets while also analyzing variances and moniroring financial controls.
Implements production, productivity, quality and patron-service standards and determines and implements system improvements.
Celebrates victories with the team creating energy and momentum.
Maintains customer satisfaction by monitoring, evaluating, and auditing food, beverage, and service offerings and initiating improvements where needed.
Great communicator - clear in his/her direction with the team. Creates a compelling purpose and vision for the operation
Accomplishes restaurant and bar human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining management staff.
Maintains safe, secure, and healthy facility environment by establishing, following, and enforcing sanitation standards and procedures, complying with health and legal regulations and maintaining security systems.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by tracking emerging trends in the restaurant industry.
Accomplishes company goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to the company
Ensures Hiring is always where the restaurant needs to be
Maintains Payroll by ensuring roster is current and accurate and that all pay is approved

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
