At 701 Play-Care, we believe children learn best through play, exploration, and meaningful relationships. We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and dependable Lead Teacher who is excited to create a classroom where children feel safe, loved, and inspired to learn every day.
This is more than a teaching position—it's an opportunity to help shape children's earliest learning experiences through creativity, curiosity, and connection. Our Lead Teachers create engaging, play-based environments where children develop socially, emotionally, physically, and academically while simply enjoying the magic of childhood.
Previous childcare experience is required. We are looking for confident educators who can lead a classroom, mentor assistants, and provide exceptional care while embracing our philosophy: Play First, Care Always.

- Create inviting classroom environments that inspire curiosity and independent learning.
- Participate in outdoor play, sensory activities, music, movement, dramatic play, art, and hands-on learning.
- Ensure classroom cleanliness, organization, and health and safety standards are maintained.
- Complete required documentation and follow all North Dakota licensing regulations.
- Communicate effectively with the Supervisor regarding classroom needs and child development.
- Work collaboratively with the entire team to provide exceptional care and create a positive workplace culture.
