Responsibilities

Greet visitors, clients, and vendors with enthusiasm, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.
Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls accurately and professionally.
Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, or in person, providing clear information or redirecting as needed.
Maintain organized front desk area, including filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
Assist with clerical duties including proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and maintaining records.
Utilize computer skills across platforms like Microsoft Office and Google Workspace to support daily operations and administrative tasks.

Experience

Previous office experience or clerical experience is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn!
Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to better serve diverse clients and visitors.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in computer literacy including typing, data entry, and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
Excellent phone etiquette and customer support skills to ensure positive interactions at all times.
Experience with office management tools such as calendar management software or personal assistant roles is a plus.
