Sales Support Coordinator – Vermont
Full‑time | Permanent | Global Infrastructure

Hewitt is committed to delivering exceptional customer experience and operational excellence. We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Sales Support Coordinator to support our growing commercial operations

About the Role

This position plays a vital role in supporting the Commercial, Planning, Logistics, and Finance teams by ensuring seamless administration and coordination of sales and operations functions. The role is responsible for managing customer orders, supporting commercial processes, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring outstanding service delivery to customers and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. They possess strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills and enjoy collaborating across multiple business functions to deliver positive outcomes

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end administration of US commercial contracts, ensuring accurate order processing, pricing, specifications and delivery requirements.
Partner with Planning and Logistics teams to deliver on customer expectations and maintain efficient order fulfilment.
Review and validate sales confirmations, proactively resolving discrepancies and communicating updates with customers and internal stakeholders.
Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and managing order status, delivery timelines and changes.
Maintain accurate customer, contract and billing records, preparing invoices and supporting accounts receivable activities.
Support commercial reporting, data management and governance requirements while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, service delivery and overall customer experience.

About You
You're a highly organised and customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced commercial environment. You bring strong administration, order management or sales support experience, with the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. Comfortable working across multiple stakeholders, you build strong relationships, communicate effectively and take pride in delivering outstanding customer service. You enjoy solving problems, improving processes and finding better ways of working. With a high level of integrity and accountability, you're equally confident working independently or as part of a collaborative team.

You Will Bring

Previous experience in commercial administration, customer service, sales support or order management.
Strong customer focus with the ability to build trusted relationships and deliver exceptional service.
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Confident managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced using ERP and/or CRM systems.
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
Experience supporting B2B commercial customers, ideally within FMCG, food manufacturing, retail or supply chain environments.

This position is based on-site in Shelburne, Vermont (05482).
Candidates must be able to commute daily to the Shelburne, Vermont office
Relocation to the area prior to the start date is required if you are not currently local.
