Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Assistant to join our team! This role is vital to daily operations, ensuring that office functions run smoothly and efficiently. Duties

Perform data entry tasks accurately using productivity software such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and word processing tools
Maintain organized filing systems and manage document proofreading to ensure accuracy and clarity
Assist with calendar management and scheduling
Support bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks or similar accounting software, including invoicing and expense tracking
Handle clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and preparing reports while demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Experience

Proven proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace applications
Experience with data entry and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks is advantageous
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently wh
Demonstrated computer literacy with technical proficiency in productivity software and office management tools
