What You'll Do

Work with buyers and sellers throughout the home buying and selling process
Build relationships in your community and grow your personal client network
Host open houses and property tours
Learn how to market homes and present listings effectively
Use modern tools and technology to manage your real estate business
Develop referral relationships and repeat clients
Participate in ongoing training and coaching designed to help agents grow

Basic Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Active Minnesota real estate license OR currently enrolled in pre-licensing courses with plans to complete licensing within 90 days

Self-motivated and comfortable working in a commission-based role
Interest in building a long-term real estate career

Compensation

Commission-based income structure

Typical earnings range from $60,000 to $180,000+ per year depending on individual production and performance.
