This is not an account management role in disguise. We want the person who'd rather build a pipeline from scratch than wait for warm leads to land in their inbox. If you thrive on prospecting, networking, and opening doors, you'll fit right in here.

What you'll do

Own and grow a designated B2B sales territory and actually treat it like yours
Generate new business through cold outreach, networking, and in-person meetings with decision makers
Uncover real customer challenges and pair them with office technology and workflow solutions
Build a strong, consistent pipeline and keep building it
Develop long-term relationships that generate repeat business and referrals
Collaborate with internal teams to get clients the right solution, not just any solution

B2B or outside sales, business development, technology or equipment sales; or any role where you've had to build relationships and drive results on your own initiative. If you're hungry and coachable, we'll teach you the rest.

What you'll earn

Year one looks different depending on where you're starting from. Building your sales foundation? Expect around $60K as you hit your stride. Walking in with experience and ready to go? Let's just say the commission checks get a lot more interesting. By year two, the sky's kind of the limit, and it's yours to set.
