Full Job Description

Overview

Location: USA Chagrin Falls, OH

Medical with low co-pay, 401K, life Insurance, Short & LT Disability Insurance

We are looking for 2 Senior Machine Operators to set up and operate state of the art Haas Lathes and Haas machining centers up to 4 axis. One position will involve set up, use of G codes and operating the Haas ST35 and ST40. Master Cam programming is a significant plus for the second position and Company will provide additional training to learn or improve Master Cam Skills. Typical machines are Haas Lathes: ST40 and ST 35 with bar feed and intelligent tooling.

Speed Selector is an employee friendly company. We are a leader in manufacturing our own product line of variable speed pulleys for the power transmission industry that are shipped world wide. Plant is in a semi-rural setting that is extremely safe with easy commutes.

Duties

Set up and operate various CNC machining equipment such as Haas and Monarch CNC lathes, mills, and 4-axis CNC machines to produce complex parts with high precision.
Perform precise measurement and quality control using measurement tools such as bore gauges, calipers and micrometers.
Select appropriate tooling and fixtures for machining operations; set up tooling on CNC machines.

Requirements

Position 1: Proven CNC experience operating Haas CNC Lathes and Machining centers. and programming using G Codes.
Position 2: Same as above with MasterCam Programming experience. If you have some MasterCam experience but not an expert, we will train you.

Pay: $26.00 - $34.00 per hour
