Tax Associate | Cleveland, OH | Hybrid

This is a small CPA firm that has built its reputation around tax. No audit department. No trying to be everything to everyone. Just good tax work for a loyal client base made up largely of high-net-worth individuals and privately owned businesses.

Growth here is deliberate. They don't take on clients just to get bigger. Every client has to be the right fit, and the same goes for the people they hire. The partners truely care about the culture and have built a team where people enjoy working together and want to stay.

It's the sort of opportunity where you can grow with the business instead of waiting for someone above you to leave before your career moves forward.

Busy season is busy. They aren’t pretending otherwise. But they sit around 55 hours, not 70.

The trade-off? Summer Fridays, when things quieten down.
