What You'll Earn

We think a great consultant should be paid like one. This is a salaried role with uncapped commission — the steadiness of a real paycheck, with upside that's entirely in your hands.

Average earnings of $150,000+ per year. That's what our consultants actually take home — not a number we picked to fill an ad.
Top performers earn $250,000–$300,000. Your ceiling is set by your effort, not by us.

We work hard to get a homeowner's first consultation scheduled within about a week of their call, so the leads landing on your calendar are still hot, not sitting cold for weeks before you ever reach them.
We put those appointments in front of you so you can focus on what you do best: consulting, earning trust, and closing.

Established territory, real coverage. With offices in Media, PA, Willow Grove, PA, and Cherry Hill, NJ, we serve homeowners across Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, and Bucks Counties in PA, Burlington, Camden, and Gloucester Counties in NJ, and Delaware — a deep, established market that keeps your pipeline full. You're territory is based on location you live closest to.

What You'll Do

Run company-provided appointments and consult with homeowners on roofing, siding, stucco, and window projects.
Manage your leads through the full sales process — qualifying, following up, rehashing, and closing.
Build genuine relationships with homeowners and protect the Porter name on every project.
Follow our sales process to consistently meet and exceed your targets.
Keep your pipeline and customer details current in our CRM.
Work alongside our production and service teams to deliver the experience our reviews are built on.

You'll Thrive Here If You Have

2–3+ years of sales experience, ideally in roofing, siding, windows, remodeling, or another in-home / home-improvement setting.
A track record of closing in a consultative, relationship-driven sale.
Self-discipline and drive. You can run your own day and still be a good teammate.
Strong communication skills and a professional presence in a homeowner's living room.
A valid driver's license and a clean, professional appearance.
The physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and to climb ladders and move comfortably across roofs and elevated areas.

High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus.
