Overview
We are seeking a motivated and friendly Cashier/Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service while managing front desk operations. You will be responsible for handling transactions, assisting with inquiries, and performing clerical tasks to ensure smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer support skills and demonstrate proficiency in data entry and computer literacy.

Responsibilities

Answer phones and assist customers
Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining a balanced cash drawer.

Perform data entry tasks, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date in the system.
Provide clerical support including filing, organizing documents, and maintaining office supplies.
Assist with customer inquiries, providing information about services and addressing any concerns.
Utilize Google Workspace for document management and communication within the team.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area to create a professional environment.

Requirements

Previous experience in customer support or as a receptionist is preferred.

Proficient computer literacy; familiarity with Google Workspace is a plus.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to enhance communication with diverse clientele.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
