This is a full-cycle sales opportunity where you'll meet with pre-qualified leads, understand their needs, present personalized insurance solutions, and guide clients through the decision-making process.

About the Role

As an In-Home Sales Professional, you'll meet with prospective clients at scheduled appointments in their homes. You'll serve as a trusted resource by asking the right questions, understanding their goals, explaining available insurance solutions, and helping them choose coverage that fits their needs.

You'll manage the sales process from the initial consultation through the close while providing a professional and positive customer experience.

What You'll Do

Conduct scheduled, in-home appointments with pre-qualified leads.
Build rapport and establish trust with clients.
Ask questions and listen carefully to understand client needs and financial goals.
Present and explain insurance products in a clear, easy-to-understand manner.
Recommend solutions based on each client's individual situation.
Address questions and concerns professionally.
Guide clients through the decision-making process and complete sales.
Manage the full sales cycle from consultation through closing.
Maintain accurate appointment, customer, and sales information.
Provide a professional and respectful experience in every client interaction.

Compensation

Commission-Based | $40,000–$160,000 Annual Earning Potential

This is a commission-only opportunity designed for motivated sales professionals.

Successful representatives can earn approximately $40,000–$160,000 annually, with earnings based on individual sales performance.
