Description:
This is a hybrid position requiring the team member to be onsite a minimum of 3 days per week.

Job Summary
As a member of the HR Total Rewards Benefits team, this position has primary responsibility for the administration of the U.S Retirement programs (401(k), Non-Qualified Plans) as well as day-to-day operations of the plans.
Additional responsibilities may include program reviews and employee education, training and assistance.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Provide support and counseling for retirement plans for all employees and retirees.
Processing of interface files and invoices with third party vendors.
Liaison for the 401(k) and NQP vendor, outside auditors, consultants and legal counsel.
Streamline and identify current process for continuous improvement.
Assist with government filings including 5500s, plan audits, non-discrimination testing and compliance with Sarbanes Oxley.
Work in tandem with the Communications Department and retirement vendor in developing benefit plan employee education and communication materials, including maintenance of program information for employee access.
Serve as liaison with the payroll department, insurance carriers and service providers.
Performs other duties as assigned based on business needs.
Education
Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, or related field or equivalent experience required
Work Experience
Minimum 3 years of work related experience
Pension and Health & Welfare experience a plus.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Retirement plans / service delivery experience
Advanced Excel skills
Must have demonstrated problem-solving skills
Must be flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
Must be able to work independently and also be a strong team player
Strong attention to detail; excellent analytical skills
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with various levels and functions within the organization.
Experience with HRIS and payroll systems such as UKG, Kronos and SAP
License and Certifications
SHRM, CEBS, or other designation a plus
Travel Requirements
5%: Up to 13 business days per year
Physical Requirements
Sedentary-Exerting up to 10lbs/4kgs of force occasionally, and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time.
Additional Requirements
Able to routinely use standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Position operates in a professional office environment. May stand or sit for extended periods of time
Must be able to communicate effectively with written and oral skills, make quick decisions, interpret data, read and write, speak in front of groups, express and exchange ideas, understand direction and adhere to procedures
Organizational skills will enable planning, prioritization and achievement of goals especially of importance for the successful execution of related activities
Read and interpret data, information and documents
Must maintain the ability to work well with others in a variety of situations
Must be able to multi-task, work under time constraints, and prioritize
Ability to make independent and sound judgments
Observe and interpret situations, analyze and solve problems
