Full Job Description

This position offers flexible work arrangements. Candidates must be based in or near New Castle County, Delaware, as the position involves both remote bookkeeping and periodic on-site client visits in the local area.

Santora CPA Group is a highly respected and growing CPA firm with 50+ dedicated professionals, committed to excellence in client service and fostering a supportive team culture.

We are seeking a part-time Bookkeeper who enjoys providing proactive client service and working with a very supportive team. This role could lead to a full-time opportunity.

What You’ll Do:
Manage all aspects of bookkeeping for multiple clients using QuickBooks (desktop and online), including general ledger entries, accounts payable/receivable, bank and credit card reconciliations, and month-end accruals and adjusting entries.

Prepare journal entries, pay invoices, record deposits, and generate accurate financial reports.

Payroll processing and payroll tax knowledge a plus.

Develop and maintain strong client relationships.

What We’re Looking For:
Associate degree in accounting or 5+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience preferred.

Proficiency with online banking and credit card platforms.

Certificate in QuickBooks Pro a plus.

Tech-savvy, quick to learn, and able to juggle multiple clients with efficiency and accuracy.

Self-starter who takes initiative, follows through, and produces timely, high-quality work with minimal supervision.

Ability to travel locally, as needed.
