About Embody Movement Studio
Embody Movement Studio is a modern movement and wellness studio designed around movement, strength, connection, and community.
Located in Carolina Beach, with a growing presence throughout the Wilmington area, Embody offers Pilates-inspired movement, sculpt, strength, yoga, and wellness experiences designed to help people feel stronger, more confident, and connected to their bodies.
As our studio community continues to grow, we are looking for an outgoing, motivated, relationship-driven Community Growth Specialist to help introduce new people to Embody, convert interest into memberships, and create meaningful connections within our community.
This is a sales and community growth position.
We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys talking to people, building relationships, following up, creating opportunities, and helping people find a place where they feel like they belong.
THE ROLE
The Community Growth Specialist will help drive studio growth through lead conversion, membership sales, community outreach, partnerships, events, referrals, and member engagement.
You will be involved in the entire prospective member journey, from their first interaction with Embody through their first class, membership decision, and early experience as a member.
Some people will already be excited to try Embody.
Others may need someone to help them understand what we offer and find the right fit.
Your job is to start the conversation, understand what they are looking for, confidently recommend the right Embody experience, and help turn interest into action.
