Are you a North Carolina Provisional Broker or Full Broker who loves real estate and has an interest in property management? Are you looking for a place where you can learn, earn, grow, and actually enjoy what you do every day? If so, we may have the perfect opportunity for you!

Sold Buy the Sea Realty and R.E.N.T. Property Management are looking for one motivated broker to step into a unique hybrid role that combines real estate sales with property management. While we take our business seriously and pride ourselves on providing exceptional service to our clients, we also believe work should be enjoyable. Our team culture is relaxed, supportive, and anything but stuffy. We enjoy thinking outside the box, building relationships, celebrating wins, and bringing a fun, energetic approach to everything we do.

In this role, you'll work directly alongside our experienced Broker-in-Charge and Property Manager, learning the ins and outs of the rental business from one of the best property managers around. From tenant relations and leasing to inspections, maintenance coordination, owner communication, and day-to-day property management operations, you'll gain hands-on experience that simply can't be taught in a classroom. If you've ever wanted to truly learn the rental side of the business from someone who knows it inside and out, this is your chance.

You'll also receive a small hourly stipend for assisting with rental-related errands and property management tasks. More importantly, you'll be gaining valuable knowledge and real-world experience that can help set you apart in the real estate industry.

On the sales side, you'll be able to hang your license with Sold Buy the Sea Realty and conduct sales with a commission split of no less than 70/30. We want to help you build your business, not just work for ours. In addition, you'll have the opportunity and support to grow your own rental management portfolio. Whether you already have rental contacts or are starting from scratch, we'll help you build that side of your business. Our company will invest in marketing to help attract property owners and rental leads while you put in the effort to build relationships and grow your portfolio. The result is the opportunity to create multiple streams of income through both sales and rental management.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants more than a traditional sales position. It's a chance to learn from the best, create recurring income, build a sales business, gain valuable experience, and have fun doing it. We are only looking for one broker for this exclusive hybrid role, so we're seeking someone who is eager, motivated, and excited about growing with our team.
