Autoworx Pro Detailing is looking for an experienced Automotive Detailing Technician who takes pride in producing exceptional work. This is not an entry-level position, and we're not looking for someone whose only experience is washing cars at a dealership or running vehicles through a production line.
We're looking for professionals who understand that true detailing is a skilled trade.
What We're Looking For
You should have proven experience in professional automotive detailing, including:
- Paint correction and polishing
- Interior deep cleaning and restoration
- Exterior detailing
- Ceramic coating preparation and application (preferred but willing to train the right candidate)
- Safe washing and decontamination procedures
- Proper use of professional machines, chemicals, and tools
- Attention to detail that consistently exceeds customer expectations
You should be able to work independently, stay productive without constant supervision, and take ownership of every vehicle that leaves the shop.

Compensation
This is a performance-based pay system, not an hourly position.
Your income is directly tied to your production and the quality of your work. Top performers have the opportunity to earn significantly more than traditional hourly detailers.

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of professional detailing experience preferred
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
Bonus Qualifications
- Paint correction experience
- Ceramic coating installation experience
- Window tint or PPF experience
- RV or marine detailing experience
- IDA Certifications (or desire to earn them)
