Full Job Description

Our company is launching an accounting practice to deliver world-class financial services to our clients. We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with experience in accounting, client service environments, and tax preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day accounting operations for multiple clients, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with US GAAP and client-specific policies.
Build and optimize accounting processes in a service model which would include onboarding new clients and standardizing best practices.
Maintain strong client relationships by delivering exceptional service, providing insight, and responding to client inquiries and special requests.
Coordinate month-end and year-end closing activities, preparation of financial statements, reconciliations, and review of journal entries.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal controls, and company policies.
Identify process improvements and drive implementation of accounting technologies (ERP, automation, analytical tools, etc.).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet client objectives.
Manage ad-hoc projects, including client transitions, new system implementations, and integration efforts.

Qualifications:

Active CPA license required.
Minimum 3 years of progressive accounting experience, ideally including supervisory or managerial responsibilities.
Strong knowledge of US GAAP, financial reporting, and compliance frameworks.
Experience in an accounting, public accounting, or multi-client environment strongly preferred.
Solid working knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Workday); proficiency with Microsoft Excel required.
Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, multi-client portfolios, and tight deadlines.
Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: $88,745.83 - $116,876.70 per year
