Purpose of Job
Operator inspects and packages parts to standards. Responsible for supplying parts to correct holding areas, maintain material supply to machines to produce parts and complete daily paperwork related to process controls and quality checks. Need to communicate any issues with equipment, process and quality checks to team coordinator or supervisor.
Schedule/Hours & Additional information
- Third Shift 10:30 pm - 7:00 am - .75 shift premium
- Second Shift 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm - .50 shift premium

Major Responsibilities
- Inspect and package parts according to standards. Move empty and full containers to/from proper holding locations.
- Complete daily work report and other paperwork (including machine check in). complete scanning activities for production and scrap reporting.
- Complete 5C’s and TPM activity and any other tasks as requested by department leadership.
- Assist in mold change safety confirmations – I.E. clamp torque confirmations
- Participate in daily shift communication meeting and communication with leadership with any issues with equipment, process or quality checks. Material and scrap handling as required.
Minimum Experience, Education and Knowledge
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Basic reading, math and communication skills.
