Working under supervision of the Supervisor, referring escalated problems and issues for management review or approval, the Project Coordinator performs departmental project management activities as assigned by a supervisor or project manager. Duties typically include the collection of project plan updates, maintenance or modification of project plan documentation and the preparation/distribution of project status reports. May assist project manager in identification and scheduling of project deliverables, milestones and required tasks, and/or establishing standards for project reporting and documentation. This position is Monday - Friday 9:30am-6:00pm

Where applicable, this position assures departmental processes are performed in compliance with applicable Sarbanes-Oxley controls.

Responsibilities:

Primary Job Duties

Coordinates tasks and provides professional administrative support to one or more project teams.
Collects project plan updates, maintains or modifies project plan documentation
Prepares/distributes project status reports.
As assigned, assists Project Manager in identification and scheduling of project deliverables, milestones and required tasks, and/or establishing standards for project reporting and documentation.
Performs all other duties or special projects as assigned.

Attendance
Employees are required to be present at the approved work location in order to perform the functions of this position.

Min: USD $20.43/Hr. Max: USD $25.91/Hr. Qualifications:

Required competencies:

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools with ability to create reports and training documentation using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Working knowledge of ERP systems
Demonstrated knowledge of the project coordination process with ability to document procedures
Organized with ability to multitask with competing priorities and deadlines, while keeping stress level at a minimum.
Strong communication skills with ability to ask difficult questions that are critical to project success, and question answers provided by production resources.
Detail oriented with ability to drill down several layers to get the core issues.
Flexible in adapting to changing conditions and priorities.
Reliability, honesty and integrity with ability to consistently present Connection in a positive professional manner to our customers.
Good reasoning and comprehension skills with the ability to understand and follow directions

Learning agility to be a productive member of the team in a short period of time, and ability to grow within the role.
