Full Job Description

About us

Zarett Rehab & Fitness is a physical therapist-owned premier sports/ortho rehab in Center City, Philadelphia. Our goal is to provide the highest standard of care for our clients, many of whom "come for rehab, stay for fitness".

Zarett Rehab currently has several openings for new additions to our Exercise Physiologist team.

All candidates should have a strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology and be experienced working in a team as well as under the direction of physical therapists.

Responsibilities:

Work with PT's to thoroughly understand each patient's abilities, limitations, and overall goals
Develop personalized exercise plans for fitness clients based on their individual needs and goals
Monitor clients one-on-one during exercise sessions to ensure proper form and technique
Maintain accurate records of patient progress and communicate with other staff members

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology or related field
Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
Experience in patient service and best practices, including familiarity with HIPAA
Demonstrated success in managing staff (managerial role only)

Competitive salary starting at $18/hr (DOE) & possible sign on bonus
