Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess at least 5 years experience in construction estimating, with the ability to analyze project specifications and develop accurate cost estimates. This role is crucial in ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.

Duties

Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects by analyzing blueprints, specifications, and other documents.
Utilize estimating software such as Bluebeam to create comprehensive estimates.
Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to gather necessary information for accurate pricing.
Negotiate prices with suppliers and subcontractors to secure the best possible rates.
Provide support in cost control measures during project execution to minimize expenses.

Requirements

Proven experience in construction estimating.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail for accurate price calculations.
Familiarity with construction site operations and safety protocols.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
