Full Job Description

Allegiance Financial Group Advisory Services, an established financial planning and investment management firm located in Wilmington, NC currently has an excellent career opportunity for a full-time Client Service Associate to join our team. We are a firm focused on providing superior results and service to our clients, many of whom have been with the firm for many years. To find out more about the firm, please visit our website.

Salary for this position will be based on experience, with a range of $50,000 – $60,000, based on experience.
Quarterly incentive bonus plan (after 6 months)
401(k) with 3.5% match (after 90 days)
Portion of health insurance paid by company
Collegial office environment
Room for growth and training

Provide direct support to clients of multiple advisors in the firm
Answer client calls and respond to client service requests primarily using Schwab
Maintain updated information in our CRM – Redtail
Complete and track account paperwork and transfers
Schedule client review meetings and assist with meeting prep
Assist with prospect and new client onboarding processes
Help coordinate client and team events

High attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Must work well in a team environment
Must have a “client service +” attitude
Ability to work autonomously after our training period
Ability to manage your time efficiently
2 years of professional office experience

Qualified candidates will start the process by having a 15-30-minute zoom interview conducted by our consultant (who is the hiring manager for this position). If there is ground to move forward, you will be required to fill out a Career History Form and if you are selected to advance in the process, you will meet with the firm. Qualified candidates may be asked to take assessments.
