JOB SUMMARY

The Administrator is responsible for providing oversight for all nursing facility operations. Job responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

Oversee all nursing facility operations.
Knowledge of federal and state regulations governing nursing facility operations.
Excellent financial management and budgeting skills.
Ability to achieve facility goals and formulate operational strategies.
Be a resident advocate where the resident is the center of all we do.
Represent the facility to community groups, public officials, & government agencies.
Ensure excellent communication among residents, families, and staff.
Create positive resident outcomes.
Respect others by treating them the way we want to be treated.
Demonstrate kindness, compassion, honesty, and integrity at all times.
Help create a culture of superior customer service.

REQUIREMENTS

Valid North Carolina Nursing Home Administrator License
Bachelor’s Degree
Successful criminal background check
Long-term care facility experience
Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills
