**Job Title: Accounts Payable Clerk for Autobody Shops**

**Job Description:**

Are you detail-oriented and passionate about working with finances? Do you enjoy contributing to a team dedicated to maintaining seamless operations? We are seeking an experienced and meticulous Accounts Payable Clerk to join our dynamic team of automotive professionals at our autobody shop.

**Key Responsibilities:**

Process and manage the accounts payable cycle, ensuring timely and accurate payment of invoices from suppliers and vendors.
Verify the accuracy of billing data and correct any discrepancies.
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any invoice-related issues or inquiries.
Prepare and process electronic transfers, payments, and bank deposits.
Organize and maintain a digital filing system for all financial documents and statements.
Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and efficiency within the finance department.
Assist with month-end closing activities and the preparation of financial reports.

**Qualifications:**

Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk or similar role, preferably within the automotive or autobody repair industry.
Proficiency in accounting software and the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Quickbooks and Excel. Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in processing financial information.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
