Job Summary
We are seeking detail-oriented machine operators and production laborers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating various types of machinery, ensuring that production processes run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to read blueprints and technical drawings. The Machine Operator will play a crucial role in maintaining quality standards while adhering to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor machinery to produce high-quality cabinet components.
Set up and adjust machines according to specifications, when necessary.
Conduct routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
Utilize precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers to verify product dimensions and quality.
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions effectively.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety regulations at all times.
Document production data accurately for quality control and reporting purposes.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Machine Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand machining processes.
Familiarity with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) principles is a plus.
Proficient in using machining tools such as lathes, mills, or CNC machines.
Ability to read blueprints and technical documents accurately.
Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to machining tasks.
Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
