Full Job Description

We are seeking a Payables Specialist. North Country Subaru is a family owned and operated dealership that is focused on customer satisfaction and long relationships. Our dealership can be very busy. We are looking for someone to help us with various tasks including reconciling payables statements, coding charges and making payments. We are looking for honest, motivated candidates with experience in the field.

Qualifications:

-Applicants must have experience in a related field. Experience in an auto dealership is a plus.
-Must have good customer relation skills, and must be able to work closely with service staff. Must have good phone and personal skills.
-Knowledge of cars and basic services is a plus
-Must display responsibility, timeliness, respectfulness, and work ethic.
-Must thrive in a fast paced work environment, but can make effective use of down time.
-Must be competent with computers.
-Automotive enthusiasm is a plus,
-Valid Driver’s License

Responsibilities:

-Must be able to perform all tasks management deems necessary to be an effective receptionist/clerical assistant.

-Must be able to cooperate with management.
-All customer interactions including phone, email, text, in-person.
-Continuously learn new technical information and techniques
-Maintain a clean and safe work environment
