We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Front Office Manager to lead our front desk operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily front office activities, ensure seamless guest check-in and check-out processes, and maintain outstanding customer service standards. Your leadership will set the tone for a welcoming environment, driving guest satisfaction and operational excellence across the hotel or resort. Duties

Supervise and coordinate all front desk activities, including reservations, guest check-in/check-out, and concierge services
Lead and motivate front office staff to deliver top-tier customer service with enthusiasm and professionalism
Manage multi-line phone systems, ensuring prompt and courteous communication with guests and internal departments
Oversee night audit procedures to reconcile daily financial transactions accurately while maintaining security protocols
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with a positive attitude, ensuring memorable experiences
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to assist guests effectively
Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety standards, and hospitality regulations at all times

Requirements

Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations with a strong background in guest services
Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests from around the world
Excellent customer service skills combined with professional phone etiquette and the ability to manage multi-line phone systems
Knowledge of hotel management software and reservation systems; experience with night audit procedures is highly desirable
Strong leadership qualities with the ability to train, motivate, and supervise front office staff
Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in handling guest relations and administrative tasks
A friendly demeanor paired with excellent communication skills to foster positive guest interactions
