Now Hiring: Office Administrator - Winchester, IN (On-site, Flexible Hours)

JR's Gutter Service is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to become a key part of a reputable, service-driven company. We're seeking someone who is professional, organized, driven, and committed to excellence in every detail.

This position is being filled to provide coverage while our current Office Administrator is on maternity leave. The selected candidate will receive training before the leave begins and will take over the day-to-day administrative responsibilities during that time. Once the Office Administrator returns, the position will transition into a general administrative support role, with the opportunity to continue growing alongside our team as the company expands.

Please Note: This position will begin as part-time, with the potential to grow into a full-time role for the right candidate. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, embraces new challenges, and has a passion for growth and success—values that are at the core of our company.

Key Responsibilities

Professionally answer incoming calls and schedule estimates
Manage our job calendar and maintain project flow
Send invoices via email or mail and collect payments
Confirm financial transactions
Make bank deposits and assist with basic bookkeeping & marketing tasks
Order marketing materials (yard signs, business cards, pens, etc.)
Develop policies and procedures for consistency and accountability
Create operational manuals for internal use
Assist with employee onboarding, including paperwork and payroll setup

Compensation & Schedule

Pay based on experience and qualifications
Flexible work hours
Position begins as part-time with the opportunity for additional hours and future full-time employment
