Who were looking for:

M&S Machining is seeking candidates with quality inspection experience. A candidate will have an ability to read blueprints and a keen attention to detail. CMM inspection experience preffered.

Full Time, Day Shift, Monday through Friday, Overtime

What you’ll bring:

What you’ll be doing:

Visually inspecting painted, plated, machined, and sheet metal components to ensure customer quality expectations are met.
Dimensionally inspecting parts using various pieces of measuring equipment, including but not limited to calipers, micrometers, surface profilometer, gage blocks, gage pins, height stand, etc.
Identifying the best inspection method based on part geometry and other variables.
Handling conflicting/changing priorities to avoid inspection delays.
Visually inspect parts for quality conformance and the presence of various hardware according to customer requirements.
Accurately read and interpret engineering blueprints.

Favorable if you have:

Strong understanding of GD&T.
Experience in a high mix, low volume manufacturing environment.
CMM inspection experience.
