Full Job Description

Our client operates and manages ambulatory care centers throughout the United States. There is a dynamic opportunity for a Network Operations Director at ambulatory care centers. You will join a progressive team of professionals within the modern, state of the art, technologically advanced ambulatory care centers.

The Operations Director is responsible for the overall leadership, performance and day-to-day activities of multiple ambulatory care centers. The Director ensures the delivery of consistently high patient care and service. He or she is responsible for staff management, team-building, budgeting, revenue cycle management, clinical operations, hospital partner interaction and physician services management.

Representative Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Clinical operations
Staff management and team building
Financial, budget management
Performance management
Partner relationship management
Physician outreach

You should:

Be a Registered Nurse
Minimum of three years of solid operations and financial management experience
3-5 years of total leadership/management experience preferably in an ambulatory setting
Hospital service line management experience
Flexibility, communication and interpersonal skills are key factors to success in this role
High energy, drive, tenacity are key behavioral attributes
