Full Job Description

Part-Time Front Desk Staff

A busy dance studio in Grayson, GA is looking for a dependable, organized, and self-motivated Front Desk Coordinator.

We are looking for someone who can confidently manage the front desk independently with minimal supervision. The right person takes initiative, follows through on tasks, communicates professionally with families, and is comfortable handling day-to-day situations without constant direction.

Work Schedule:

Monday: 4:00 PM–8:30 PM
Tuesday: 3:30 PM–9:00 PM
Wednesday: 4:00 PM–9:30 PM
Thursday: 3:30 PM–8:30 PM
Friday: 4:00 PM–8:30 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM–1:30 PM

Applicants must be available for these days and times.

Responsibilities include:

Greeting and assisting students and families
Answering phones, emails, and general questions
Assisting with class registrations, trials, and account questions
Processing payments and basic transactions
Learning and using studio management software
Completing administrative tasks and follow-ups
Communicating with instructors and management
Keeping the front desk and lobby organized
Handling basic problem-solving when management is not onsite
Completing opening and closing responsibilities
Assisting with studio events as needed

We are looking for someone who is extremely reliable, punctual, organized, comfortable working independently, and able to take initiative and follow through without frequent reminders.

Customer service, receptionist, or administrative experience is preferred. Dance experience is helpful but not required.

Pay: $16–$20 per hour
