Experienced Licensed Community Association Manager [CAM, LCAM] - Portfolio

We are looking for ROCKSTARS that just happen to be experienced and Licensed Community Association Managers to join our team! We have an exciting opportunity for LCAMs with a proven track record, who are self-starters and motivated to make a difference. Our company has been in business for 20 years but have new owners with a new culture and mindset different than any other property management company you have worked at. We are looking for the CAM’s that want to make a difference. The ones that STAND OUT. If that sounds like you - we want you to be part of our team. We are looking for people that believe kindness matters, understands our business is A CUSTOMER SERVICE one ... EVERYONE is important. Responding to homeowners and board members is equally important. This position requires answering your phone and email and being available during our business hours. All calls, emails and any voicemails are to be answered within 24 business hours - if that is a standard you can deliver...we should meet. Our staff are driven, self-motivated, focused and enjoy working as a team toward a common goal.

Requirements:

Portfolio is in Kissimmee and Orlando areas.
Must have a CAM license - this is required in Florida. This is not managing single residential properties or apartments.
Need a STRONG administrative skillset - typing, spelling, formatting and writing professional correspondence with Word, Excel, Outlook.
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
Must present well, be comfortable speaking in front of HOA boards, be HIGHLY organized, and strive for excellence.
Should be tech savvy, able to use our web-based association software and assist homeowners with how to use.
Strong ability to prepare, understand, and communicate budgets for HOA boards.
Able to return all emails and calls within 24 business hours.
Must be professional, well-spoken, ambitious, with meticulous attention-to-detail and great follow-through.
Be able to get bids and negotiate vendor contracts for communities.
This is not the entire list of job duties but it gives you an idea of the items a CAM does all the management of everything that happens inside an HOA community.

This is a hybrid position. The first 90 days are in person at the office in Maitland. This is the time you are training and learning your new portfolio. CAMS that pass the 90-day probationary period will then report to the office twice a week for check-ins, and of course any staff meetings + future trainings.
The company supplies phone, and printer/scanner for your home office while employed with the company. You will be required to be in your communities for violation runs, and board meetings that occur in the evenings.

Location of assigned properties to manage will be in Central Florida. Your portfolio is waiting for you! Benefits, salary, and further position requirements will be discussed during a one-on-one interview with management.
