Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant to join our team! In this vital role, you will be the backbone of our office operations, ensuring smooth financial management and efficient administrative support. Your energetic approach and organizational prowess will help keep our office running seamlessly while providing exceptional customer service. This position offers an exciting opportunity to utilize your clerical, bookkeeping, and office management skills in a fast-paced environment that values proactive problem-solving and positive communication.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, including invoicing, expense tracking, and bank reconciliations
Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring all documents are accurate and easily accessible
Support activities such as calendar scheduling, appointment setting, and calendar management for team members
Assist with data entry, proofreading documents, and maintaining accurate records of client information and transactions
Offer customer support by addressing inquiries promptly via phone or email, delivering excellent service with a friendly attitude
Perform general clerical duties including typing, photocopying, faxing, and supporting personal assistant tasks as needed

Qualifications

Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools
Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software for bookkeeping tasks
Excellent phone etiquette
Strong computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly
Previous experience in customer service.
Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
