About Aspen & Ivy
Aspen & Ivy is a luxury wedding planning company specializing in elevated weddings throughout Colorado. We are passionate about creating unforgettable experiences while delivering exceptional service to our couples from the first inquiry through the wedding weekend.
We're looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented team member to support both the administrative and marketing side of our business while assisting at weddings throughout the season. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who loves weddings, enjoys staying organized, and wants to grow within the event industry. This role has the opportunity to grow into a part time lead wedding planner role.
The Role
This position will work closely with the owner and planning team to keep both our business and our weddings organized and moving forward. Your week may include updating client files, communicating with vendors, assisting with a design board, preparing marketing content, researching venues, or helping coordinate logistics for an upcoming wedding.
During wedding season, you'll also have the opportunity to work alongside our planning team at weddings and events throughout Colorado, gaining hands-on experience with event production and execution.
Wedding Planning Support
Work directly with the owner to assist with planning and coordination tasks, including:
- Vendor communication, research, pricing, and availability
- Wedding timelines and planning documents
- Design boards and visual presentations
- Transportation and guest logistics
- Hotel room blocks and accommodations
- Invitation, stationery, and attire research
- Welcome bags and guest amenities
- Rehearsal dinner, welcome party, and brunch planning
- Additional planning projects as needed
Marketing & Brand Support
Help maintain and grow the Aspen & Ivy brand through:
- Social media engagement with couples, followers, and vendor partners
- Website photo, portfolio, and business information updates
- SEO-friendly blog content and website improvements
- Google Business and online directory updates
- Marketing materials, newsletters, and vendor features
- Styled shoot coordination and publication submissions
- Pinterest and TikTok content organization
- Researching bridal shows, awards, publications, and marketing opportunities
- Coordinating client gifts, holiday gifts, and vendor appreciation initiatives
Office & Administrative Support
Help keep our clients, team, and internal systems organized by:
- Maintaining client files within Aisle Planner and our CRM
- Onboarding new clients and organizing contracts and planning documents
- Researching venues, vendors, and event resources
- Requesting vendor pricing and availability
- Preparing welcome gifts and thank-you cards
- Assisting with company organization and special projects
Wedding & Event Support
Responsibilities may include:
- Assisting with wedding and rehearsal coordination
- Setting up décor, signage, stationery, and personal items
- Welcoming and directing guests and vendors
- Assisting with vendor arrivals and event logistics
- Helping maintain the wedding-day timeline
- Troubleshooting and anticipating needs behind the scenes
- Supporting the Lead Planner and planning team wherever needed
- Helping deliver the polished, high-touch experience our couples expect

You don't need to know everything about wedding planning on day one—we can teach the right person, but you should be eager to learn and excited to take ownership of your responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in weddings, events, hospitality, marketing, administration, or a related field
- Experience with Canva, social media, website editing, or CRM platforms is a plus
- Aisle Planner experience is a bonus, but not required
- Previous wedding or event experience is preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to weddings and events throughout Colorado
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
