Duties

Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface wiping to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens with care.
Ensure all areas are sanitized thoroughly, paying special attention to kitchens, bathrooms, and high-touch surfaces.
Maintain floor care routines including sweeping, scrubbing, and carpet cleaning to keep floors pristine.
Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally with clients and addressing any specific cleaning requests or concerns.
Manage residential cleaning schedules efficiently, prioritizing tasks to maximize productivity throughout the day.
Uphold safety protocols and proper use of cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure a safe working environment.

Skills

Proven experience in residential cleaning or janitorial work, with familiarity in housekeeper management preferred.
Strong knowledge of sanitation standards and effective cleaning techniques across various surfaces.
Ability to perform floor care tasks such as carpet cleaning, mopping, and polishing with precision.
Excellent customer service skills to foster positive relationships with clients.
Basic cooking skills are a plus for assisting with light meal preparations if needed.
Experience in hotel housekeeping or commercial cleaning enhances your versatility in this role.
