Full Job Description

The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of proven expertise in an upscale Meat Department in a Grocery Store Setting. Must have knowledge in cutting meats to a customer’s liking and be a self starter that works well with others with good customer service skills for a busy department.

Must be able to stand for the entire length of the shift and lift up to 50lbs. Must be able to work weekends. No nights.

Applicants must be available for an in store interview and cut test.

Responsibilities

Cut, trim, and prepare various types of meat according to customer specifications and food safety standards.
Package and label meat products for sale, ensuring freshness and quality.
Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their selections and answering questions.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to food handling and safety protocols.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient food production.
