Full Job Description

```Duties```

- Knowledge of 340b
- Dispense prescription medications to patients and provide medication counseling
- Review and interpret prescriptions for accuracy and appropriateness
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor patient medication therapy for effectiveness, adverse reactions, and interactions
- Provide drug information to healthcare professionals and patients
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies

```Qualifications```
- Bachelor's or Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited pharmacy program
- Current state pharmacist license in good standing
- Strong knowledge of Utilization review, pharmacy, Pediatrics, Medication administration, Critical care, Patient care, and Medical terminology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in medication dispensing
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
