The Fitness class compensation rates are also based on experience.
Wellness Office Assistant
Support daily operations and provide excellent member service.
Responsibilities:
- Greet members and assist at front desk
- Answer calls, schedule appointments, and manage registrations
- Handle memberships and general administrative tasks
- Maintain an organized, welcoming reception area
- Support overall wellness team operations
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Health Related Area
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional, friendly, and reliable
- Basic computer skills
- Office, wellness, healthcare, or customer service experience preferred
Nutritionist
Provide nutrition guidance and support client wellness goals.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct nutrition consultations and education
- Develop individualized nutrition guidance within scope of practice
- Support clients in building healthy lifestyle habits
- Maintain accurate records and confidentiality
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree In Nutrition
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, client-focused, and knowledgeable in wellness
Fitness Instructor
Lead safe and engaging group fitness classes.
Responsibilities:
- Teach group exercise classes
- Demonstrate proper form and provide modifications
- Motivate participants and maintain a positive environment
- Follow all safety and facility guidelines
Qualifications:
- Fitness/group exercise certification preferred or required
- CPR/AED certification preferred or required
- Group fitness experience a plus
- Energetic, dependable, and professional
Zumba & Aqua Zumba Instructors
Lead fun, high-energy dance fitness classes.
Responsibilities:
- Instruct Zumba and/or Aqua Zumba classes
- Provide modifications for all fitness levels
- Create an inclusive, upbeat class environment
- Ensure participant safety and punctual class delivery
Qualifications:
- Current Zumba and/or Aqua Zumba certification
- CPR/AED certification preferred or required
- Teaching experience preferred
- Outgoing, energetic, and reliable
