Warehouse Associate Level III
Senior Warehouse Lead / High-Performance Operator
Location:
We are seeking a highly disciplined, hands-on, high-performance Warehouse Associate Level III to serve as a senior operational leader within our warehouse team.
This is a working leadership role — not a desk position. The Level III Associate is expected to be fully engaged in daily warehouse execution while simultaneously setting the performance standard for the team. This individual must lead by example, operate with urgency, demand accuracy, and take ownership of results.
We are seeking a high-output professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, embraces accountability, and consistently delivers elite-level performance.
Core Responsibilities
Hands-On Operational Leadership

Actively participate in receiving, picking, shipping, transfers, and deliveries
Coordinate daily warehouse workflow and prioritize tasks based on operational demands
Lead from the front by modeling urgency, discipline, and professionalism
Ensure orders are executed with exceptional accuracy and timeliness
Serve as operational back-up to the Branch Operations Manager when needed
Inventory Accuracy & Accountability
Oversee and execute cycle counts and inventory audits
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
Monitor inbound shipping errors and freight claims
Maintain ERP/WMS system accuracy (Prelude/ADS experience preferred)

Training & Performance Development: Reinforce compliance with safety and operational standards. Delivery & Customer Interface: Communicate professionally with customers and internal stakeholders

Train and mentor Warehouse Associate I & Il team members
Provide real-time coaching and correction when necessary
Help develop a high-performance culture within the warehouse
Operate cargo vans and box trucks when required
Complete manifests and required documentation accurately
Travel (as needed) to support other warehouse locations

Required Experience (Must Meet All)

3-5+ years warehouse/distribution experience
Prior lead, senior, or team-lead warehouse responsibility
Forklift certified and confident operating equipment
Experience with shipping, receiving, picking, and inventory control
Experience driving cargo vans and/or box trucks
Clean driving record (MVR)
Stable work history
Preferred Experience
Experience training or mentoring warehouse staff
Experience resolving inventory discrepancies
Ability to coordinate daily workflow independently

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
