Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Assistant Kitchen Manager to join our dynamic culinary team. In this pivotal role, you will support the kitchen operations, oversee food preparation, and ensure exceptional service standards are maintained. Duties

Assist the Kitchen Manager in overseeing daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure quality standards are met.
Supervise kitchen staff, providing training, guidance, and support to promote efficiency and teamwork
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards across all kitchen areas.
Support shift management by coordinating staff schedules, delegating tasks, and ensuring smooth service flow during busy hours.

Skills

Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and managing fast food or quick service restaurant environments.
Demonstrated ability in inventory control, food safety management, and food handling procedures.
Excellent leadership skills with experience in staff training, team management, and supervising hospitality teams.
Familiarity with restaurant management practices such as budgeting, profit & loss analysis, and shift management.
Exceptional customer service skills combined with effective managerial communication to motivate staff and enhance guest experiences.
